From The Founders’ Desk

We started Manthan in 2009 to build a school where children, parents and teachers realise that education begins with oneself but is complete when it impacts others. Over the years, we have been fortunate to find like-minded people who have joined our team as teachers, staff and parents on this journey. We are a community now, consisting of founders rather than a group or ‘stakeholders’.  

Over the last twelve years, we have realised that our identity is as important as the identities we are helping our students build. And we wanted to align our school’s identity to reflect our beliefs. Manthanites get their identity not just by ambition but also through freedom of expression. Our new appearance is precisely that – us expressing our identity and beliefs freely. Manthan is a place where children are not afraid to be their authentic selves and learn to create a positive impact in their communities.

We have always been very dynamic as an institution. We acknowledge and accept that there is no one type of person, and there is no one path to being one’s true self. It is through exploring that our children will realise that there is no one way to live, dream or work; and new experiences will always add to their identity. Our new logo reflects this dynamism – everyone is unique and there is no one way to represent our children or us!

While we refresh our school’s identity, we remain wholly committed to the same mission with which we started Manthan - groom children to become better and impactful global citizens of tomorrow. We are confident that you will join hands with us on this path as we navigate our way forward because we could not have done this without you. Let us continue this partnership successfully while our children make their way into this world and leave their marks on it.
