Manthan is the practice arena for students where they learn to create a positive impact from their first day. They are mentored to understand ownership because they lead events, contribute to the curriculum, and become leading voices for inclusivity in society.
Manthan is dynamic as an institution; our curriculum ensures that we continually integrate new approaches. Students are raised with a keen understanding of the world around them - the scientific, the social and the political.
Manthan's holistic education is rooted in experiential learning, emphasising the learner's ‘whole growth’. Academics, sports, cultural activities and outreach programmes ensure learners explore and develop their passion.
Our teaching methodology is student-centred, where all students are supported intellectually and academically. They freely express their opinions and are not afraid of failure.
The school also has highly qualified special needs teachers who work with special needs students individually and in groups. The educators facilitate inclusive learning and counsel family on different learning aspects.
At Manthan, the teacher's role is more of a facilitator - they help children fulfil their potential for intellectual, physical, and psychological growth. They evaluate their abilities and determine the best methods to provide guidance.
With a 1:8 teacher-student ratio, teachers are able to provide individual attention to each student.
Our curriculum emphasises the practical application of concepts learnt in the classroom. Students are well prepared for any college course they wish to join, be it in the STEM field, Humanities or Arts, whether in India or abroad.
Manthan is the only school with a dedicated 20-member research team creating learning resources for its students and teachers. Internal and external training sessions are organised annually for educators to be effective and efficient.
The internal sessions are held by the leadership team of Subject Leaders and Teacher Leaders. In contrast, the external sessions are held with Cambridge and CBSE Boards and agencies such as The Teacher Foundation, Priyamvada Taneja Consulting, and TalentEase.
Parents are partners in their children's education. They are part of different events, committees, and offer internship opportunities to students.
