* All fees increase by 8 to 10% annually per tier.
* Tuition Fee (Annual Academic) will increase by 8 to 10% based on the previous year's fee, regardless of the slabs.
* Uniforms and textbooks must be purchased separately from vendors.
* Transport fee is chargeable for the entire instalment.
* School meals must be chosen at the beginning of the year.
* Fee paid on an instalment basis; attendance for any part of an instalment entails full payment for the entire instalment, which is non - refundable, and no pro-rata is allowed.
* After-school activities are optional and have to be paid for separately.
* Admission is subject to any guidelines established by the government or courts.
* As long as the older sibling is in the school, a 50% discount will be applicable on the academic fee for the younger one.
Tuition fee has two parts: one payable annually and one term-wise. Both must be paid each year for each child. For instance, according to the current fee structure, a Jr KG child must pay Rs 2,09,000 per year.
Fees paid at the time of admission are non-refundable, even if the child does not attend school after being admitted.
The fees are adjusted proportionally to the amount of time the child spends in school during the academic year. Only the Annual Academic fee has to be paid in full.
Transfers are the reality of career life today, and Manthan wishes to make the exit as smooth as the admission process. Parents have to give a 60-day notice for withdrawal, and the fee is proportionally collected till the end of the notice period or the exit of the child, whichever is later.
Manthan is committed to running the school with very high ethical standards and intends to revise the fee only to meet its expenses. However, in the year when your child moves to Class 1, 6, 9 and 11, the fee slab changes and involves a hike of about 20 to 25%.
Any external agencies conducting exams such as CIE, CBSE, Asset, and Checkpoint are not included in the above fee. These will be intimated separately depending on the communication from the agencies.
Fees are to be paid only through direct online transfer or through depositing of cheques/cash in the designated branches of HDFC bank and only against an invoice provided by the school.
