Admission 1 (1) 1 (1)

Parents are partners in their children's education. Parental involvement is crucial to a child's success, and students who have parents that participate in a child's education do better in school.

In addition, Manthan offers an extensive range of committees, groups, cultural clubs, and events, ensuring that all families can find an area of interest and a sense of belonging. We keep parents well-informed about all school events and activities through online school management software, SMS, emails, and letters.

Online School Management Software

Parents are given access to the software to see their children's progress. Teachers post their lesson plans weekly. Parents can check their child's attendance, library books, fee payment particulars, medical records, school calendars, timetables, special announcements, and photo galleries.

Career Comeback Programme

Career Comeback Programme invites Manthan parents (who were on break) to join the workforce. It is one of our best decisions as Manthan parents share our ideologies and support us in shaping children's futures. It allows us to understand a parent's point of view better, and parents can see the school's efforts and commitment towards creating and sustaining the right environment for their children.

Parent-Teacher Meetings

Parents receive a detailed assessment of their children, which is discussed in the meeting. They can also discuss the student's progress and understand the plan for the next term. The entire school leadership team is available for interaction during these meetings, and there are four PTMs in each academic year.

Career Exploration Panel (Parent Panelists)

Manthan holds a series of career exploration panels to help our students succeed in their careers. Parents of Manthanites often come as panellists for such career exploration sessions, talking about their industry, career paths and answering career-related questions from the students.

Internship Offered by Parents

Parents often collaborate with Manthan school to offer summer internships for its students. Students can choose an internship based on their interests and get an opportunity to explore and understand their career options. Many such internships have turned into long-term partnerships. Some of them are available to Manthanites annually and are:

    • Dr Reddy’s Institute of Life Sciences (Life Science Internship)
    • Novartis (Healthcare Internship)
      Ms Subhadra Ummeda, Novartis
    • Dell Technologies (Business/Marketing Internship)
      Mr Parasar Kodati

Manthan is a wonderful place to study, grow and interact. It provides an encouraging atmosphere for students, and the teachers here, are really supportive. My social skills have developed, and I have seen myself improve academically.
